Bhutanese Community Resource Center (BCRC) has confirmed that the dead bodies recovered from Spokane River on Wednesday are of the three Bhutanese youths.
Releasing a press statement today, BCRC, on behalf of the families of the deceased, has expressed appreciation to the Spokane police and other personnel for their efforts in the search. Hospital authorities are yet to confirm that the dead are of the missing Bhutanese youths.
Spokane police located the vehicle driven by one of the missing youths on Wednesday and subsequently discovered three dead bodies in the vehicle.
BCRC has asked the authorities for further investigations. “BCRC further requests the authorities to investigate into the matter to find out the reasons that could have played role for this mishap”, reads the press statement signed by Tanka Dhital, Chairman of BCRC.
BCRC has expressed its gratefulness to the members of Faith Bible Church International Welcome Team, Spokane who have volunteered to help in the cremation of the dead bodies. The families have decided to cremate the dead bodies as per the Hindu traditions.
Three Bhutanese youths, Krishna Lal Dhital, Krishna Dhakal and Dilli Ram Bhattarai were missing from Spokane since June 11.
Lately, speaking on a radio talk with Ramesh Gautam of BNS from the accident venue, Tanka Dhital, Chairman of Bhutanese Community Resource Center has cautioned for safety in driving and has appealed individuals and communities to support the families of the deceased.

This message came to me as a dagger to my heart. I was very optimistic that the boys would be found alive but……….!!!.But the death laid its icy hands on them….so sad!!
We will be always missing them….I pray for their eternal peace and pray with Almighty to give strength to their families,friends , relatives and well-wishers to bear the pain and sorrows.
The real cause about the mishap should be found out. I hope BCRC will take strong initiative for that.
The news about the untimely demise of three Bhutanese youths in Washington in a car crash really saddened the whole community. At this hour of grief I extend my heartfelt condolence to the breaved families and pray to almighty to give them strength to face this irreparable loss of their near and dear ones. I am really saddened by the news. Its very hard to say anything on the incident. I fully support the appeal made by the BCRC for official investigation on the incident and take necessary preventive measures so that no such incident occurs again in future. I am shocked by the news. I pray the the departed souls would remain in peace and express my deep condolence on the bereaved families. Hope perfect and thorouh investigation will help find the cause behind it. Through this, it is my prayer and request to all the drivers to be cautious and careful to avoid such fatalities in the future.

Freaking don’t drive crazy it happened , not only those three guys, it happened again if you drive dame crazy and sett in high way or in street road ……….. Freaking follow the instructions speed limit they tell you every where is dame road.
